Hey! I'm Zach, 16 yrs old ; I've been quite lazy for the past couple of months. Before that I worked out 6 days a week but I stopped & I'm just trying to get started up again but better. I'm mainly focused on building & toning core/upper body muscle. Any advice on what workouts I should do & protien mixes I should look into would be very helpful!
Ever tried 'gold standard 100% whey'? Look that up mate, they do a really nice chocolate mint flavour, as some of these protein powders taste awful!
