Advice Needed

Hey! I'm Zach, 16 yrs old ; I've been quite lazy for the past couple of months. Before that I worked out 6 days a week but I stopped & I'm just trying to get started up again but better. I'm mainly focused on building & toning core/upper body muscle. Any advice on what workouts I should do & protien mixes I should look into would be very helpful!

For a workout program for beginners I like starting strength and stronglift 5*5.

For protion just go with a compleate protein powder with 90+% protein.

Ever tried 'gold standard 100% whey'? Look that up mate, they do a really nice chocolate mint flavour, as some of these protein powders taste awful!

I second gold standard 100% whey! I have the extreme milk chocolate flavor and like to chocolate banana smoothies for immediate post workout recovery. As for the workouts, go through the workout filter in here and you'll find plenty to choose from. Good luck :-)
