Hi Im from England, UK, I'm looking for motovation tips, I need to lose 3 stone, but with suffering from depression its really hard to get going, I just need a push into getting myself moving, anything will help, thank you

Thanks for replying to my post, I have many quotes on my phone trying to overide my mind, but it is still hard work, I hate this depression, it's taking over my life,im happy to hear your issues are being delt with your control, as you've gain strength, good on you.

With depression you are so going to love excerise like Anthony said the endorphins start flowing and no pill can come close...I know this from experience!
The hardest part is starting...getting up off your behind and doing it but you can, anyone can, I did and loving it...depression creeps in when I dont workout, we as humans are not meant to do the same boring thing day in and out.
Pick a time and day also like Anthony said and make it routine, its ok to sweat, have a bath and get changed...routine so you stick to it and just dont think about it while doing it, dont let thoughts creep in and tell you not to...say yeah whatever to them and make your own decision to keep going and never give up...
My motto is die trying, cause at least in this short life I have I beat something even if its my mind, I also think about my children and their future being strong for them and it keeps me going.
