I'm making some progress. It's kind of depressing though I know I should push myself more, but working 96 hrs a week doesn't help. I love being sore, but I don't want to push myself to the point that I can't do my job.

WoW!!..Insane work schedule.. MAYBE ask in a reduce in hours..

Ha! I'm lucky to get a "real" day off. We work 24hr shifts and I tend to work back to back. I get paid biweekly and I've worked 144 hours this paid period(I get paid on the 15th). I'm one of two employees so time off is a fool's dream.

Hang in there Abbigail, you'll get there!  Not seeing results fast enough is one of the main reasons people give up, but don't do it. 
Think of it as a "lifestyle change".  I'm sure you know this already, but it's a good reminder for all of us....make sure that your nutrition is in line with your workouts, otherwise you'll be working against yourself.
