For a good squat workout I like to do about 30 total reps with different weights. I usually do 1-8 reps in every set :)
Something as simple as 5*5 May work very Well. You can do 3 sets of lunges or 3 set of hamstring work of you like.
I also recommend working everything out every other Day or split it up so you work you lower body one Day and Then upper body next Day :)
