Love your body first
Hey guys!! I want to talk with you about your own body! No I'm not a creepy pervert but when I started my workout journey I promised myself to love every part of my body Thick or thin. It always help me to stay possitif and not stressy for every pound I want to loose. What about you , what is your favourite part of your body? Mine are my lowerbody got a natural booty pop .
Legs .. they was once flabby tree trunks
Now they are carved out peices of art from visible quads to definded calfs.
Some guys in gym get caught looking arms or abs in the mirror im caught looking at my legs
Neck and shoulders. Not because I've really worked on them at all - the actually carry most of the tension in my body and frequently hurt. But they're so elegant. Just fun to touch, I guess.

Honestly my feet.. and my waist/hips. I love my feet BECAUSE they're chubby lol but they always will be. Great post!
