I had an accident so i stop working out...but im back(slowly) again!

I was on a car accident, thank God nothing that could kill me, but i couldnt do anything for a while...now the Dr. Says that i can do some slow things...suggest please!

Try some of the 5 minute and under workouts. .easy to do anywhere and any time

Most people start out with walking streatching and very light weights after an accident or injury. so yes. Go for short casual workouts, try to substitute things like squats with box squats (like sit Down and Then stand up) pushups for Wall pushups or knee pushups. Etc.
