I try to workout 2x's a day if u want I'll check in on you to make sure you're doing what u need too :-) I'm actually getting ready to do my third workout of the day if you want u can do it too.:-)

To be quite honest not wanting to sit around the house bored any longer. I'm starting to get really antsy and aggravated it not moving. As far as my goals. Oh well I'm currently 190 and I'd like to get down to about 160 as far as a number range goes but I'm not really concerned about it

Okay I see. I'm 6.1 and 170 lbs I'm just trying to get tone and work on my cores. He can help each other.
It depends on the workouts I have to do some days it'll be any where from 30 to 40 mins and some days 60 to 2hours it just depends on which day it is and plus I'm a wife, mom if 6 and a full-time student so it can be challenging, but I break them down if I only have 2 workouts I'll do them back to back and if I have more I do 2 first then later in the.day I do.the other 2 :-)
I'm definitely not in a rush , maybe that's the problem.
At work now .you guys have and keep it up.
