Looking for someone with as silly a sense of humor as mine to help keep me on track and I them. I love to cook so I can help with meals and such if that is where you are lacking. I tend to lack "get up and go" by myself. It's so much easier when you have company.

So, my soulmate where are you!

I try to workout 2x's a day if u want I'll check in on you to make sure you're doing what u need too :-) I'm actually getting ready to do my third workout of the day if you want u can do it too.:-)

To be quite honest not wanting to sit around the house bored any longer. I'm starting to get really antsy and aggravated it not moving. As far as my goals. Oh well I'm currently 190 and I'd like to get down to about 160 as far as a number range goes but I'm not really concerned about it

I felt the same way I'm short 5"2 & I was 171 , but after working out for a month straight with some rest in between of course. I'm now 165 my goal is 130,125 ,but I don't always go by my weight I measure every week. You can do it you gotta get excited about it

Okay I see. I'm 6.1  and 170 lbs I'm just trying to get tone and work on my cores. He can help each other.

It depends on the workouts I have to do some days it'll be any where from 30 to 40 mins and some days 60 to 2hours it just depends on which day it is and plus I'm a wife, mom if 6 and a full-time student so it can be challenging, but I break them down if I only have 2 workouts I'll do them back to back and if I have more I do 2 first then later in the.day I do.the other 2 :-)

I don't really chase them around my youngest is 2 & she plays with my other kids :-) I've been trying to loose this weight for a little over 2 years, so I need to put some pep into my step I'm trying to be at least 140 by my 34 birthday, plus I can't be over weight in nursing school

A big gamer tag sounds fun to me and I would give you a chance to be silly for a little while which i think is good for the soul but that's just me

I would if I had the time ,but between school,house chores and my own workout it's hard. I mean don't get me wrong sometimes we play football, but I have so much to do :-)

Replace one of your workouts with playtime every now and then you still get a calorie burn and a change of pace
