How to get a fast V Line. What workout(s) do I have to do. And how many of them a day?
Diet plays the biggest role, get your body fat percentage down. Specific exercises that target that area are lower ab exercises, bicycle crunches, floor wipers etc.
Diet of course. But to get good definition I have found that Russian twists while holding a 15-20 lb weight works. I do 60 seconds with a 15 second rest between each set x 5. Also, side planks while holding a dumbbell in mid air. I usually do about the same as the twists but with about a 45 second internal. Those are tough lol
