Keep the fat or not
Should I start building muscles so I would use the fats I have to build the muscle or remove the fats then build muscle or both and if both how many exercises for removing and building 188 cm, 85 kg

I Highly recommend you bulk up first in order to build muscle. IN short keep your fat and focus on building strength with leg day as your cardiovascular activity. IF you stay true to your routine Then your body will be more defined yet muscular as opposed to just lean. Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with starting out lean however it makes building muscle harder. I hope this helps. keep up the good work!
