Anybody in CT interested in fast walks, jogging, park excercise, plz lemme know. ONLY R60 for this weekly 3day event! Im planning this outdoor activity weekend mornings and Friday early evenings.Friday to Sunday. We meet at the outdoor gym in Green Point,do some warm ups, start towards end of sea point, back towards outdoor gym,do a cool down,gym circuit, relax on the lush green lawn and ocean sounds as i give info on our next route. This is a 2hr session. I promise you wont even feel the time moving on.
