So the most important thing is the diet, and that's something I should talk with an specialist. And in the matter of exercises, What is a good 'plan' to follow? I want to tone muscle, but I don't want to look like a bodybuilder either. Thanks for the help ♡
Human body are of three types ectomorphic, endomorphic and mesomorphic find out what type you belong to and plan your diet accordingly.. Make your choice in eating healthy food and say NO to junk, cola etc...
You need to seriously work out and plan what your goals are and what you want to achieve. "Tone muscles" is a bit vague..if you think you need to lose a bit of weight then concentrate on your diet first and do exercises that are more high-intensity cardio based, with weight training aim for high reps, light weights. Once you've achieved your goal weight then you can implement heavier weight training still with some cardio as well. Keep your diet clean, that's key. Don't be afraid of weights, it's physically impossible for women to bulk up like men because our bodies just don't produce the same amount of testosterone. You will not look like a bodybuilder. Lift heavy for maximum weight loss. You will not look "bulky" or "like a man". Lifting big and heavy is the best way to lose weight fast and "tone" your muscles.
