Holy soreness my body is so sore I can barely move I get a break today yay but dam I feel like crap any suggestions on what can I do to help with the soreness

But you just have to push through and embrace the pain, it's just your muscles that are in recovery mode. You can alleviate the soreness with massaging the area perhaps with a massage oil, something like tea tree oil or Arnica is good.. Also use a foam roller to roll it out..it might be sore at first but it's good for your muscles.
Before and straight after a hectic training session stretch a little so that you're not too stiff later on. What I also sometimes do is keep a hot water bottle on the area and that soothes it a little too. Hope my suggestions help, good luck!
