Where to start?

Okay Lovelies,

I've got my preferences set for everything. Casual (to start) 30 minutes, 5 days a week. But I'm not sure what to start with. Any suggestions? I'm not looking to rush anything. I know stretches and warmups need to be in my plan but other then that, what's your opinion on where to start. Arms, Legs, Core, Full body?

Power walking is a good place to start and you can add heart pumping exercises to give it a real kick!

lol.  I know to start from where I'm at.  Just don't know WHAT to start with.

Yesterday was my first day and I did the beginners full body workout last night (20 min) and two beginners 10 min work outs this morning and I am sore.
