Where to start?
I've got my preferences set for everything. Casual (to start) 30 minutes, 5 days a week. But I'm not sure what to start with. Any suggestions? I'm not looking to rush anything. I know stretches and warmups need to be in my plan but other then that, what's your opinion on where to start. Arms, Legs, Core, Full body?
