I am curious how many times a week you workout. I am just starting to workout again and my goal is 5 days a week once in the morning and once at night.
My goal is 5 days a week, but I'm happy with at least 3. I'm fairly new to the workout scene so i say it's pretty good
I try to workout EVERYDAY. If I miss a day...I'll feel weird that whole day.
I know that you're suppose to have a rest day but I can't.
And another reason why I workout everyday is because I enjoy it and it's different routine everyday.
My scheduel is 6 days in a week and I do my workout once per day I programmed it as one hour running on the beach with some squats and the next hour for gym ..
Try to at least 4 times a week.
