What can I do to help my posture??

My back is ALWAYS cracking no matter what I do, each time I move it cracks, even when I breath it cracks. I don't think it's normal

You must train your abs, buttocks and shoulder girdle. This process will reduce the painful and will keep a more upright position.

Start with good posture too -go "old" school and place a book on your head and walk . With good posture it won't be a problem :-)

I would think of seeing a chiropractor as well. Just in case.

Posture is affected by the shape of your spine. The cracking that you are hearing may be the bones trying to reset themselves to the correct position. A chiropractor could help you figure it out.
