Hey guys just wondering what's the best protein to take. Want. To get ripped pack on muscle and recovery after gym

After my exercise I usually put 4 eggs, 2 bananas, some honey, vanilla essence and 500 ml milk all in a blender, then have it like that! Tastes awesome and its loads of protein!

Look for a whey protein and mix it with water for after your workout. It will be absorbed quicker into your muscles. Take a casien protein before bed and use milk, so it will break down slower.

I always go written whey protein.  You don't need to buy the expensive stuff either, just watch the ones that have high sugar and fat content.

Thanks are you getting good results with it i know you need to do the work in the gym but does it help with putting on muscle?
