I used to workout 4days a wk nd now is hard for me to get going. Is like I have no energy but when it comes to basketball I have it for that lol

It's hard getting started especially when don't have time find yourself a quick 10 or 15 minute workout stretch before the workout and do it at least 3 times a week to break yourself in walk or run on your days off:-) till you feel your ready to do more always push yourself :-)
