Time to lose my Belly

Stopped working out in March gained a little belly , not too heavy. Cutting out all Alcohol and doing a lot of sit ups . Can anyone recommend anything else ? Also add me :)

Sit ups are actually the worst excersice to do. They make your abdominal muscles push your belly out... Sorry for grammar..
If you want to lose belly fat do Hill sprints, HIIT or full body workouts.
Hope this helps bro

Your diet plays a huge role, find a good meal plan and stick to it. Add cardio accel and hiit workouts. Good luck!

My belly is not that massive lol but thanks for the advice I'm looking to get into boxing as I get bored with just running .
