Time to change it up...

So I have been working out consistently now since the beginning of August and now struggling to keep it up with the diet plan.... I added this app to change things up and to get some additional motivation.... any pointers to get my tummy down?

Do you have some time on your hands??? You could do some walking a couple miles once you get that down you can jog then run on even go for bike rides an the great part you can go at you on paste and its fun in my opinion

Thanks Henry & Shelby! I am doing the lean amd healthy diet. Plain yogurt, organic meats and veggies but I think I'm getting tired bc it is work to plan all your meals and the flexibility to hang with friends is gone bc it typically involves alcohol. I am trying to make a change in my life, not just lose weight so I need to get my focus back on. Def taking both of y'alls advice to heart. Thanks again :)
