Neck Pain with Core?
I wanted to know if anyone has tips for thw neck pain you get with core related workouts because i feel like it really hinders my ability to get in more reps :(
I've heard that putting your tongue on the roof of your mouth while doing core exercises helps release the tension from your neck more :)
Lift your body with your abs not your neck. When doing crunches, cross your arms on your chest, not around the back of your head. What I do when doing crunches is stick my chin towards the ceiling so I'm not using my neck as much. I had the same problem and now I don't feel a thing in my neck
