Back on track
So I need help to get back on track. I use to workout but I got pregnant and just stopped. I am trying to get back to working out. I have a beautiful baby girl and I want to be my best for her and give her someone positive to look up to.

Have a look at your diet and make any changes you think would help.
Try taking your baby girl for a nice walk once a day or at least 3 times a week. Hope all goes well
Its for your baby...I'm guessing you would run through a burning building for her a 100s times over...so exercise is nothing...just tell yourself its for your baby and think about her and those reasons everytime your mind says stop or give up.
Start with any routine on here or even choose a workout plan...stop thinking and start doing.
