Being fit is very meaningful to me esp during study I feel relaxed can u help me

Dude set yourself a goal, if you want to get fitter then you can . Start training 3 times a week even if it's just 5-10 mins jogging on the spot. You will soon build up stamina and get less lazy because you naturally have more energy. I've lost 2 and a half stone doing different exercises on here and I feel way better for it. Either your happy with your body or your not and only you can change it. It's not guna be easy but nothing worth doing ever is :)

You don't have to be lazy. If you you want it you can do it. Nothing is better than doing something by yourself  and you say you did it by yourself. Stand up
