A bit of advice if you don't mind :)
Ok soooooooo, I've been away for *ahem* a while but I have a job now and my sons at school so don't have heaps of time to do long workouts. Especially as i walk everywhere and by the time it gets to about 5 I'm shattered. I've found some shorter exercises that last about 5 mims or so. Will they be enough? They target different areas and would do them every day, or every other day. I just want to tone up so I'm hoping this will help. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers dudes
Planks will also do good.
Have a healthy diet and workout regularly.
