I just had a breakthrough moment. I have a bowl of salad and 2 bourbons in front of me.
After sitting and eating the salad for a while, I remembered about the biscuits, but felt no desire to eat them. I WANTED to eat salad over sweets.
I really wanted to share this with someone, as I am proud of the work I have put in and the response from my body.
I hope others out there have similar stories of small things giving such a big boost.
