I just had a breakthrough moment. I have a bowl of salad and 2 bourbons in front of me.
After sitting and eating the salad for a while, I remembered about the biscuits, but felt no desire to eat them. I WANTED to eat salad over sweets.
I really wanted to share this with someone, as I am proud of the work I have put in and the response from my body.
I hope others out there have similar stories of small things giving such a big boost.

Well done.. though if your aiming to loose weight then its not about what you eat but how much and how often....healthy is obviously better for your heart etc but aslog as your cals are below 2000 then and you eat often you will loose weight...Gimmicks, myths, magic pills etc aside its as simple as checking cals :-)

Great job. Though I'll admit I was a bit confused about your dilemma of salad and bourbon ... ;) bonbons though much harder to resist! Great job! Stay healthy.
