How can I keep motivated?

I started this app about a month ago and I haven't been doing much excersizes lately. But, I have signed up and payed for zumba classes every other day.. How can I keep motivated on the days im not doing zumba?

Set a goal, it could be strength, speed, appearance etc... Spend some time really developing exactly what you want out of exercising.  Then, everyday, visualize what reaching that goal will look like. It should get you excited. It should provide all the motivation you need.

Well, there it is. Doing Zumba should be your motivation.

People will keep doing things that they love. Since you love zumba...and zumba is very beneficial in many ways than one... So where's the problem?
