Who's with me???
I want to stay working out moderately, and at least 5 days a week to kick start weight loss the right way

I really want to tone up my stomach, legs, and arms
So... whose down? Men are accepted to. ... Even if you are fit, personal trainer tips are welcome

Let's get fit for SEPTEMBER!

I agree with Matt, why wait for a specific day/month/time? Do it now while you're still motivated
