Hey guys, I am 46 and need to lose 30 pounds. I am not happy with myself, I workout 4 times a week. However I can't seem to lose the weight. I eat right about 90% of time. I drink water most of time and low sugar drink. Need help please..

Also, what are you eating on a daily basis? i suggest cutting down on animal products. Maybe incorporate some nuts and beans into your diet more often instead of meat? it's also a,lot less expensive. That's what worked for me.
