Ok so its been one month after starting the gym.. how do you beat the plateau?

Hmmm....adding weights? I have heard that you must add resistance to feel and see a change. Doing the same muscles but in a different machine or free weights might help.

Switch up your routine my man. Plus lift heavier. Don't do the same thing every time. Eat more and you'll get swole lol jk do it

If you are a beginner and you platau after just 1 month your doing something very wrong.

Go to http://www.canditotraininghq.com/free-strength-programs/ and click on his linier progression program. Read the WHOLE book (13 pages) and Pick the program you like best.
