Hey my name is Keishia and I'm 27. I just started today need to get my body back in shape but don't have time for the gym with my busy life so would really love to socialize with others on here to help keep each other motivated because its hard me when to keep going when working out alone.
Hi when I started working out in my twenties I started with just a simple exercise dvd for beginners then I just kept adding on more. You have to be your own motivator, just find which exercise you like i.e. running, walking, zumba, aerobic, etc. Also eat fruits and veggies. Checkout some good health magazines. Goodluck;) 25 years later I'm still working out I feel and look great for my age.
