Great Dinner

I had an excellent dinner. Salmon loaf, with asparagus and wheat noodles. Just over 750 calories. Ate it all before 8pm which is a good tip don't eat after 8:30pm as you will most likely be settling down for the night. late night snaking also affects sleeping habits.
