Hey ya'll *imsouthern*  I will come back here post my weekly weight loss…  I really want to lose my stomach…  however I know you can't lose in a certain area…  anyone else working on a specific area

Hi Jemita, I'm fairly new. I don't have much advise as I just started being active myself, except keep going, don't give up. Even the smallest changes you do will make a difference.

Hey guys I just joined up yesterday and I  going to start tonight. I plan on putting on some muscle on and lose 10 pounds or so. I used to be a professional boxers but have retired now I have to get rid of the weight I have gained. Feel free to follow me as I go on this fun and rewarding journey.....
