Best quote I ever heard was when one guy started shouting in the gym: "Yeah! Say it to me! Say I ain't good enough to lift those dumbells! Say I can't do it! Coz EVERY TIME you say it ama show you over and over again THAT I CAN!

when i curl i look at my bicep and shout at it "grow, grow mother f@#ker grow, i command you to grow" and when i start to really feel it hurting i turn to people near me and shout "there's some growin going on over here" also when i do leg press or bench press or squats i look at tge plates and shout you will not beat me, also if you look at my lasy post thats a little thing i made up to get me through a big gym day.
