Make sure to eat very healthy for abs, count carbs and calories if u must. Abs is a dedication if your like me and used to be on the tubby side.. I know the struggle of being over weight and to whomever reads this that is over weight just remember. Begining is only a start, progress takes TIME AND DEDICATION. It is a lifestyle. Dont let bf/gf bullshit take ur motovation away like I have failed to do.. For ones like myself with a slower metabolism than most, it is 100% dedication and u MUST stay positive and keep up the healthy eating and proper ab workouts
