1st day half done with and 150 Push-ups completed. Need to remember to go all the way down though :-) Might have to include all burpees from workouts to total...

Shot! 300 over 10 sets of 30. Pumped now but dreading tomorrow lol!

Day 2 - 300 more knocked out. Feeling it a bit more now. Tomorrow will be a challenge but rest days over the weekend! Good thing too because working really shifts...

Day three was alright. Felt worse rest day two than day three. Doing 3x100 today to mix it up. All finished and feeling pumped. Well definitely do this for the full 30 days - seeing results already.

2070 Push-ups in 9 days. Apart from work getting in the way one day on track to 300 per day for a month.

Lol.  Try doing negative Push-ups. Start in the up position and lower yourself slowly over 10 seconds.  Try to squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom.  Do this for as many reps as you can for 3-4 sets.  Do it for a couple of weeks and you'll be doing regular Push-ups in no time.  Good luck!
