300 Push-ups per day
1st day half done with and 150 Push-ups completed. Need to remember to go all the way down though :-) Might have to include all burpees from workouts to total...
Lol. Try doing negative Push-ups. Start in the up position and lower yourself slowly over 10 seconds. Try to squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom. Do this for as many reps as you can for 3-4 sets. Do it for a couple of weeks and you'll be doing regular Push-ups in no time. Good luck!
