I'm new to this... Help! :)
Hey y'all, I am a 22 year old female named Luisa. I am a runner who wants to tone up my abs, arms, and thighs. I am able to motivate myself for a short period of time before I lose all motivation completely, so I've been wanting to get a live personal trainer to help me but that's out of the question since it is so expensive. I recently found this app and am excited to journey along with you guys and girls! Who wants to help train/motivate me? :)
