Hey, I'm quite new here and I would like to know your favorite workouts here that you like. I'm ready to try them all... not in one day thou x)

U can start with "core" its very good if u want to have six packs

I like yoga workouts, they're pretty relaxing and useful i use them to cool down after a Calisthenic session

Damn i forgot about that :( but there's one I liked which is simple yoga stretch I think. Pretty neat routine! Also if you wanna do some nice yoga go check on YouTube Tara Stile 's channel :D you'll love it

Yeah go into my "liked workouts" session and check out raja yoga and simple yoga stretches :D

My favorite workout for upper Body and core is Basic Fundamentals (Joe C). Its short and intense but you need a pull-up bar.
