Hi guys, I'm new here and I really need some motivation. I want to lose like 15-20 kg and I know that it wouldn't be easy, is there something that I should do? I'm 15 and my height is around 5'3 and I weight like 80 something kgs. Please tell me ways in which I can lose weight. Thanks
You should start eating more proteins other than veggies. Are you vegetarian? Also you should do some fat burning workouts like this one X-treme Fat Killer Tabata which is not easy to do, but still doing that 3 times a week with 3 days of 30 mins of jog each and in a month or two at least 8 kg of fat mass will fly away.
