Best method for muscle soreness?

Hey guys. 4th (actually 3rd..skipped labor day) day of t25 and 20 minute workouts in gym at school. Thighs are stiff! Well not literally but they sure feel like it! I've heard of hot showers and ice packs for muscles. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Protein/BCAA after workout. I normally have to just run it out the next day and feel a lot better. Warm shower and a good stretch will help

Embrace the pain its temporary and gets easier as the weeks pass by...sleep and good proteins from chicken and beef or protein shakes as a last resort...a lot of people have been caught up in this shake that shake fed to them by research on dubious sites by protien shake manufacturers or told by a friend...natural is best, supplement is for convenience! Stretch and keep moving...if you have injury pain rest up learn to tell the difference!

Rest and ice. Protein recovery shakes and bcaa will do wonders.. Or just work through it, usually once your warm again you can keep going.

Go for a short jog then stretch really well. It will work out the stiffness/soreness

Warm yourself back up and stretch out if u still are sore get in a hot tube or just ice it down.:-)
