Hey guys. 4th (actually 3rd..skipped labor day) day of t25 and 20 minute workouts in gym at school. Thighs are stiff! Well not literally but they sure feel like it! I've heard of hot showers and ice packs for muscles. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Rest and ice. Protein recovery shakes and bcaa will do wonders.. Or just work through it, usually once your warm again you can keep going.
Go for a short jog then stretch really well. It will work out the stiffness/soreness
