What's the best way to make my arms stronger but I don't want them to go too big.

I use to do push ups but I think my chest us gone too wide

resistance and endurance style lifting i.e instead of say heavy weight and low sets lift light weight and very high reps like say 4 sets of 30 preacher curls each arm

Stick with Heavy weights (less the 5 reps) and low sets (also less the 5) about two-times/w

This should keep your size Down while allowing you to get stronger :)

And eat to maintain your bodyweight . This way you Will never get huge.
