1200 cals of food as im on a tailored diet,
2 high strengh krill oil tablets, 1 mens multi, 5 spirulina supplement tablets, 2 protein and bcaa tablets, 1 protein shake and 13 cups of water
Agh. Ugly part of aging! I've read that there's an increase most likely in our weights by 10lbs every 10yrs. Lets4 fight that!!
