Ok real quick I've been using skimble for about 1 year. I've lost about 40+ pounds and kept it off also several inches off my waist gained about 10lbs of muscle(my main focus is cardio). Currently I've been losing about 1lb a day i don't diet but i did cut out beer,soda and fast food. If i left anything out just ask. Anyways those are my results with skimble. So have fun stay safe and WORKOUT!

Yep my hats off to skimble... My 4th week of running and working out. Best app ever got me motivaved and out there. 8.55 mi today. I'll have to try some you've made like a spartan looks good
