Knee injury

Ok, so I've been doing really well keeping up with my workouts and walking 2+ miles a day. I decided to start jogging as well and messed up my left knee. I don't want to jeopardize my workouts, but I'm for sure taking a break from jogging till it no longer hurts. Any ideas on workouts that are knee friendly that will still keep me going? Thanks in advance!!

Only workouts I would reccomend are uperbody but without strong weights. Or workout while seated. You really don't wanna strain that knee at all so I would suggest you don't do anything other than walking. If your gonna be less active try reduce your diet in the mean time. Avoid carbs, fats and sugars. Hope this helps and I hope your knee gets better soon.

Henry has it right with swimming, it's a great workout and very joint friendly. A stationary bicycle (low resistance) is also a possible option. You don't want to focus only on upper body and let your legs turn to mush!
