5 is good do that every other day for 2 weeks then try for 10 you will notice all of a sudden you can do it like magic but without magic pills!
You can be anything you want just stop your mind from putting you off or complaining blank it out and just do it
Gurl me n u both gained my weight back but now back at it ..it takes time trust me start slow n when u think u can do more go for it don't give up
Yeah, I find it a real challenge just to lose the 20 lbs I've been "trying" to lose for 8 years. Get started and quickly give back into not so healthy food habits. Get frustrated doing this alone.
