look up all these exercises so you have an idear on proper form for them, and remember form and timing are much more important than heavy weight, do cable pulldowns/tricep pulldowns 3 sets of 6-8 than drop the weight 50% of whatever you were lifting and do 1 set untill fail, than do overhead tricep extensions 3 sets of 6-8, bench dips 3 sets of 6-8, pullovers 3 sets of 6-8.

Not specifically triceps, but effective.

Also could try sets of dips(with or without weights), triceps(diamond) push ups, kick backs and extensions
