I'm trying to cut the sugar out of my diet,but every time that I try it I end up with a terrible headache and I feel dizzy, Help please!

I wouldn't try and cut out a food group completely. Fruits are needed in any healthy diet and are loaded with sugars. Processed sugars should always be kept to a minimum if possible. If you still get headaches due to low blood sugar try eating smaller meals more often. Complex carbs are also good because they provide sugar over a long period of time. Good luck!
