Hi there. My name is Andrew. I am 26 years old, and currently weigh 298 lbs. A few he as ago, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Shortly after that came severe nerve damage. Then came an extremely aggressive debilitating condition, which I have since overcome. Then came another tumor in my waist, and a third in my thigh. I lost all hope, did nothing at all but lay around and whine. In the last year and a half to two years, I have lost 162 lbs. Yes, at one point I was 460 lbs. YIKES! Now that I am back to below 300, I though it was about time to really kick it in gear and start getting to a "I don't have to buy fat clothes anymore" type of body. I am getting married on December 20th, and would like to lose as much as possible before I get married. I would welcome conversation with anyone who cares to participate, and would like to get AND give all the encouragement possible.

First off welcome!
I am sorry to hear about your health issues but i am pleased you have battled through and overcame them.

Put the same determination into changing your body through exercise and you will succeed!
