My arms are toned but I want them to get bigger does anyone have any good workout plans?

Go ahead with pull ups and push ups, so you get a functional growth. Sets of 8-12 reps and there u go
My rugby coach told me to stop taking protein and im on a new diet now but she told me that I have to gain weight
She said stop taking protein, which is needed to build muscle, but to gain weight? What's her reasoning? She wants you to grow a beer belly? Lol
I think she just wants me to get fat lol she doesn't like me
