My arms are toned but I want them to get bigger does anyone have any good workout plans?

Well lifting and doing push ups is a good place to start from, but you need a diet plan too.if you want thicker arms and muscles you gotta get all the proteins your body needs to built it.also stick to your plans and dont give up just because you dont see results imediatly.

Go ahead with pull ups and push ups, so you get a functional growth. Sets of 8-12 reps and there u go

My rugby coach told me to stop taking protein and im on a new diet now but she told me that I have to gain weight

She said stop taking protein, which is needed to build muscle, but to gain weight? What's her reasoning? She wants you to grow a beer belly? Lol

Lol eat healthy,  and if you want to build strength and muscle drink a protein shake after you workout.  No need to go crazy, but one shake post work out can help a lot
