My pictures tell the story of 26 relatives, if not, then more, 4 other bothers, not including me obviously, and what a farm can do to you.
I current weight 253 down from 260. My struggle is managing my weight, and keeping a steady diet of good food. Calories are something I worry about after I have a good day eating health food. Most foods that are health for you like fruits and vegetables have low calories. Looking forward to getting to my target weight of 199.
Still hanging like Mr. COPPER at 253lbs had some trouble yesterday, ate a hot dog and chips for dinner.
