What are your goals? A good place to start is with body weight exercises that also bring cardiovascular levels up. From there you will be more prepared to gain more muscle or lose weight.
Bonjour ! I've downloaded the app 3 weeks ago and it was the same as you. I was procastinating a little more every day. But finally last week I was sick of my laziness ! If I can Give you one or two tips it would be :
Always beggin with a warmup session (best way to focus and get into the workout)
Always finish by streching or calm yoga (to congratulate yourself so you can keep in mind that you enjoyed it despite the effort and to prevent stiff)
Also I have sport equipment that I've bought at H&M. Each time I put it on, no more excuses !!
My father loves running, he also loves music. So he created an ultra motivational playlist for the lazy days.
