I was doing really well in the spring and early summer using skimble, I was starting to get definition in my tummy and toning up. Then came the heat and the school holidays.
Not only have I lost what iv done but iv even gotten weaker.
I've come to the conclusion that autumn winter and spring are the time to sort my body out and then try to maintain it during the summer
So with kids settling in school so fewer school runs, I'm going to come back and see what I can do over the next few months.
